Hey everyone! My biggest news over the last month or so is having moved to North Carolina and started my new job, so my items will be about that:

Positive 1: My coworkers/bosses at work are awesome and I’m enjoying my work. Everyone is very welcoming and helpful thus far. It’s funny being near the south because everyone seems overly polite to me with all the “Yes Ma’am”’s and stuff. My work can get a little gross because I go in attics and crawl spaces all day. My job is inspecting homes that appear to be struggling structurally

Positive 2: I’ve had a lot of free time recently. Addison and August went to Florida for a week to help Add’s sister Seattle. She just had her 4th child so Add went down there to help ease that transition. So I hung out at our new rental townhome and played Zelda after getting home from my new job!

Negative: I was kind of the cause of a fender bender in a hotel parking lot. 😅 Dad and I drove from Utah to North Carolina in the course of 36 hours. There were numerous tight spots we got into with our 16’ moving truck and 12’ car trailer, but not as much as a scratch until the last 5 minutes of our entire drive. I was trying to park the truck by taking a wide turn in a parking lot and totally ripped into this $70k car with the front left corner of my trailer. It was so bad that the guy had to reverse his car to unstick the front body of his car from our trailer. Naturally the accident happened at 2am so I had to leave the car in the parking lot over night until the guy woke up and called me and the police 😂😂😂
