Hi Fam!

Positive #1
Positive #2

Pepper & Jack are doing well. We started to get the pups trained as we are planning on growing our family…

We are happy to share that Pepper graduated from Doggy Detention 🙂 Next, both will e entered in the Doggy Recess course to become better pups. It’s exciting to see them both loving Lehi and being so outdoorsy, give us a chance to go on a lot of walks and hikes with them.

Jack has been making tons of new friends at the green area by our church building. He loves to run around! Honestly if we had more money we would put him at a daycare while we are at work, he would love to make more friends 🙂

Practice Tests

Yes, I have started to prep to take the LSAT. Welcome to more posts about my progress.

Practice Tests

Fun fact: Laura is terrible at taking test.

Funn fact: Laura did better than she thought her first time taking a practice test today!

Funnn fact: Laura plans on getting 170 before applying so that Law School offers come attached to scholarships!

Negative

So because I am so bad at taking tests…

I feel like this is important to share: One time I was studying with Austin for a test, he would quiz me on the way to school, work, grocery shopping, etc. I would get almost all questions right in the car. I was feeling a little nervous so Austin (because he really LOVES ME) offers to drive me to the UVU Testing Center and wait for me to finish my test.

The test is scheduled for 1.5 hours.

I go in to the room, and 30 minutes later I am calling Austin letting him know that I am done. Austin KNOWS I failed haha and he still asked “how do you think you did?” I smile and said, that was the easier than I thought.

Test results come back… I got a 54% and passed my biology class with a D haha

So now that you know how bad I am at taking tests… you can imagine how much anxiety LSAT prep is giving me. To be honest I could have enjoyed my week without at least 2 panic attacks this week.

Because I don’t like to leave on a negative note, enjoy some pictures of the happiest of pups!

Laura, you are awesome! Way to go! Just remember, if Pepper can pass Doggie Detention with her anxiety, you can pass any test coming your way! You’ve got this!!❤️❤️

Those are some wise words. If Pepper can handle herself at doggy school I can do the LSAT

A score of 170 would be incredible – that is like 98th percentile! Best of luck with that, but don’t be afraid to aim lower too if that makes the process easier!

Trust me, that is a very real possibility but for now I will aim higher than I need to. There class that I am in lets you re-take it for free if you don’t get the score you wanted. So it may or may not take me two tries but the goal is 170
